This person will upgrade and install hardware, software, perform troubleshooting to resolve I.

issues, and maintain the networks and servers with the assistance of the I.
T.
Manager.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain networks and servers.
Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Create user accounts and perform access control.
Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
Design and implement efficient end-user feedback error reporting systems.
Provide I.
T.
support to all employees.
Keeps track of computer and printer supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Multi-tasked and able to work under pressure.
A
or other computer certifications preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of computer/PC experience or equivalent education.
Good verbal and written communication in English are essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Experience with various hardware and software.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and honest.
Must be a team-player who interacts well with others.
