Ready to explore our opportunities?Working as a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will support an assigned business unit to manage, negotiate, monitor, and source supplier contracts.
You will be responsible for competitively sourcing DIRECTV's needs, negotiating and managing supplier contracts, and serving as a creative internal consultant to find ways to meet the business' needs.
As a member of the Strategic Sourcing Team, you will collaborate with your partners in the business unit to consistently strive to identify opportunities to drive value back into DIRECTV.
Here's what you'll do:
Execute and manage RFx process, master agreements, and SOWs for assigned stakeholder groups.
Working with internal stakeholder and/or suppliers, identify and implement cost saving, business value, and/or revenue acceleration projects.
Manage key strategic supplier relationships with a focus on driving win/win outcomes.
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships as an extension of their teams.
Analyze category market conditions, competitive landscape, stakeholder requirements, pricing trends, and benchmarks to support the creation of best-in-class sourcing solutions.
Create and manage the execution of a category strategy focused on creating value for DIRECTV, our suppliers, and our customers.
Administer contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents, and review and evaluate requests for changes in or revisions of contracts and/or corrective action.
Participate in the development of goals and budgets for area of responsibility.
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and exercise judgment in creating solutions.
Serve as an internal consultant to the Sourcing and stakeholder organizations on the development of new processes and implementation of new procure-to-pay platform.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
