We are looking to hire motivated, experienced and trustworthy individuals to join our team.
Duties Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to:
state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules Operate with integrity and honesty Perform any other duties as assigned Trim and prune plants according to established standards and guidelines Remove unwanted or excess foliage to promote healthy growth Use hand tools such as pruning shears, scissors, and trimmers to perform trimming tasks Collect data on plant health, growth rates, and yield for analysis Assist with irrigation and watering of plants as needed Knowledge & skills Experience with cannabis cultivation and trimming Accuracy and consistency while trimming and weighing product Familiarity with warehouse procedures Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms Ability to focus on a task for long periods of time Ability to lift 25
pounds.
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Excellent organizational and communication skills Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

years of age Work individually to meet the daily quota.
Handle and craft our product delicately on the stem.
Hand-buck flower buds from the cannabis plant branches after the initial drying phase of the cure/dry process.
Burp cannabis bins during the dry/cure process.
Sift and quality control product at the end of the trimming to the set standards of no shake, stems, water leaves, burnt tops, or moldy product in the bag.
Maintain quality product while reaching daily quotas.
Maintain the organization cleanliness of the space while performing bucking.
Assist in weekly harvest takedowns.
Assure accuracy and consistency while trimming, bucking and weighing product.
Share responsibility of clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day Experience Previous experience in plant trimming or related field preferred Knowledge of basic math for measuring and calculating plant dimensions Familiarity with greenhouse, garden, farm, or landscape environments Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining trimming equipment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
