Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Detailed-oriented; able to stay on task in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude; team-oriented and disciplined work ethic.
Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer.
Must remain compliant with all state and city cannabis laws and company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods of cannabis products.
Maintain a current knowledge of cannabis trends.
Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary.
Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer experience.
