years of experience working as an Assistant or in a similar role Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills Interest in growing a career within the Aerospace Manufacturing industry Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills A proactive, independent work ethic demonstrated through maintaining a sense of urgency and ability to efficiently complete executive tasks Job
Responsibilities:
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and taking notes during meetings Manage the calendars of management team, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Provide administrative assistance, such as reading all incoming emails, writing/editing email responses, and preparing communications on the management team's behalf Triaging executive communications (including emails) and tasks for the management team Prepare reports and presentations using G-Suite or Microsoft Office Provide gatekeeper and gateway role and a bridge for smooth communication between all managers; while maintaining credibility, trust and support Prioritize inquiries and requests to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements Act as point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners Work closely with upper management in regards to upcoming commitments and responsibilities Company Description:
