00 an hour We are looking for an LVN that want to make a difference in the lives of our clients in the Upland area.
All of our clients are consumers of Regional Center.
Idea candidate has experience working in in an ICF/DD/N 6 bed home.
Entry-Level LVN are encouraged to apply.
Schedule may shift due to the needs of the clients.
We also have various other shifts.
Job duties:

Maintain client medical records, and ensure appointments are up to date.
Document Nursing Care daily.
Perform all necessary medical care including but not limited to Gtube feeding, colostomy care, wound care, and dispensing medications.
You may be required to fulfill direct care staff roles and responsibilities; such as, changing clients; showering clients and completing objectives with the clients.
Must have current LVN license.
Must be able to work one weekend day a week.
