- Provide exceptional customer service, smile and greet each customer - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the different strains, products, and consumption methods available - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked - Accurately process transactions and handle cash and card payments - Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
