- Collect and analyze data related to retail and e-commerce sales performance, including sales volume, product mix, customer behavior, and pricing trends;- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance and increase revenue, such as identifying new product opportunities, improving sales, and optimizing product placement;- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction, such as identifying customer segments, developing targeted promotions, and optimizing product placement;- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail and e-commerce sales, including conversion rates, customer retention, average order value, and sales by channel;- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in the retail and e-commerce industries, such as new technologies, changing customer preferences, and emerging market segments;- Work with IT and data teams to develop and maintain data analytics infrastructure, tools and processes, including data cleansing, data mining, and statistical analysis;- Develop and maintain documentation of data analytics procedures and results, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
