Operations Manager
Sun Valley, California
As Operations Manager, you will harness your extensive manufacturing knowledge, specifically in the production of fiberglass, injection molding, foam or plastic products and assembly processing, to direct and manage multiple plant operations for manufacturing, maintenance, quality, distribution and other operation-related activities, such as inventory control, safety and environmental health. You should hold a Bachelors degree and possess 10
years of progressive manufacturing expertise. Youll need 5
years of management experience overseeing both direct and indirect labor. A background that includes maintenance and purchasing responsibilities, with a huge focus on safety, is essential. An ability to communicate clearly with all levels is a must; Spanish is highly desired! Lean manufacturing experience and/or certification is a definite plus.
