Print Clerk

This position is responsible for retrieving property title information from microfilm, files and PC imaging systems in order to provide clear and accurate copies of film information to both our internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, with a postive attitude that enjoys being a part of team. Must have the ability to accurately pull tapes and folders necessary to complete request, knowledge of the conversion books and how to convert a document, the ability to operate various office equipment. (I.e. Reader printer, copier, scanner, fax machine) and must be able to identify document types from the chain of title provided. Have general knowledge of document types and must be able to prioritize according to company guidelines. Additioanl reqirements include: the ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds, read, write and follow basic English instructions, customer service and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
The job duties of our Print Clerk position include, but are not limited to:
Ensure quality and accuracy of the prints requested.
Be responsive to all requests in a professional and proactive manner.
Knowledge of the Title Plant, how and where to locate items necessary to complete request.
Process phone requests from Customer Service and other departments as necessary.
Any other tasks assigned by your team leader.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
